Granola with a coconut twist

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 130°
  2. Add the Coco House coconut sugar and 2 tablespoons of water into a pan and heat until the sugar is dissolved
  3. Mix the oats, nuts, raisins, salt and cinnamon into a bowl and mix in the melted sugar
  4. Spread the mix onto a large baking sheet and smooth to an even layer
  5. bake for 30 minutes in the pre-heated oven
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Coco House Coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cups of old fashioned oats
  •  1 cup of raw almonds
  •  1 cup of pecans
  •  1/2 cup of dried raisins
  •  1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  •  1/4 teaspoon of salt
