Coconut cream and pineapple banana smoothie


Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
- Serve with your favorite toppings of fruit and additional mint (if left over). If stored cold, can be enjoyed the next day
Main Ingredients
- 400 ml Coco House coconut cream

500 gr pineapple (can be frozen or fresh)
- 2 whole bananas

1 cup plant based milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla-extract

1/4 cup mint (optional)
- 50 gr of Coco House coconut sugar for the sweet tooth people (optional)
