Coconut cream and pineapple banana smoothie

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve with your favorite toppings of fruit and additional mint (if left over). If stored cold, can be enjoyed the next day

Main Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coco House coconut cream
  • 500 gr pineapple (can be frozen or fresh)
  •  2 whole bananas
  •  1 cup plant based milk
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla-extract
  •  1/4 cup mint (optional)
  • 50 gr of Coco House coconut sugar for the sweet tooth people (optional)
